Beyond the Black Box lives and breathes through the hard work and dedication of all of our team members. Although all our team members come from very different backgrounds, we have a shared experience of oppression within the dance community. BBB’s mission resonates with us on an intrinsic level, pushing us to leave an imprint on the dance community. Together with equal passion and a drive for change we work to create spaces, curate performances and events and help guide the younger generation.
